Take your training to the next level this summer with our six-week Summer Intensive, designed for dedicated dancers looking to strengthen their technique, expand their artistry, and build the strength needed for long-term success. This two-hour class, three days a week will provide focused instruction in ballet, pointe, modern, and strength and conditioning, ensuring a well-rounded and challenging experience.

Dancers will:

- Refine ballet technique with structured barre and center work.

- Develop pointe strength and artistry (for those with prior pointe experience).

- Explore modern dance fundamentals, including floor work, dynamics, and expression.

- Build endurance, flexibility, and power through targeted strength and conditioning exercises.

- Gain confidence, versatility, and resilience in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Session Dates:

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 4:30-6:30pm | June 9 – July 18
